Over the course of nearly two decades, she has risen through the sales and marketing ranks to eventually become Microsoft’s Sr. Global Marketing Manager where she exceeded the company sales goals by 80% and scaled the footprint of Office 365 SMB Direct channel from 12 countries to 41, all within a single year.
As CEO and founder of 321 Ignition, Savy applies her multimillion-dollar lead generation, customer acquisition, and full lifecycle marketing programs to a field currently lacking in customer-facing products and resources: the automotive industry.
DJ Haddad is an expert in design and the user experience, with an award-winning portfolio of innovative campaigns for some of the world’s top companies. Haddad was trained as an illustrator at Parson’s School of Design in New York City and cut his teeth working with ING DIRECT on their early digital campaigns, lending his talents as lead animator, designer, copywriter and occasionally project manager. It was here that he embarked on a career-long obsession with the way design, color theory, copy, and composition combine to influence human behavior.
He went on to form Haddad & Partners (H&P), an agency focused on Direct Marketing, where he helped build winning campaigns for Microsoft, Capital One, Charter Communications, TD Bank, JPMorgan Chase, Amazon, and Ford Motors.
Doug brings a wealth of start-up experience to 321 Ignition, as a principal revenue driver for two online real estate companies that went public in the 2000’s, HouseValues and Zillow. Doug built the largest individual book of business and most successful revenue team at HouseValues prior to their IPO in 2004 and was the first Inside Sales employee hired at Zillow in 2008.
As VP of Sales and one of the first 100 employees at Zillow, Doug built the Inside sales real estate and mortgage teams from scratch through the adversity of the 2008 economic collapse into an $800M annual revenue business over a 9 year period.
